  • Visitors: Essential for any B2B service provider: Track your website visitors and analyze how well you rank on Google (SEO performance). Also find out how many visitors you get monthly through Google and how this trend has developed over the years.
  • SEO Basics: Find out which keywords you want to rank for and how you currently rank for the most important search terms. Another important metric is your “bounce rate” – the percentage of users who leave your page after just a few seconds.
  • Number of leads generated (#Leads): This metric counts how many contactable prospects you’ve collected in a given period.
  • Conversion Rate: Measure how many leads actually sign a contract with you and become customers. Calculate this by dividing monthly website visitors by the number of resulting contracts.
  • Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC): Calculated by dividing annual marketing costs by the number of new customers acquired that year. CAC can be compared to Customer Lifetime Value (CLV).
  • Return on Investment (ROI): Often refers to advertising spend within a specific time period. Example: €10,000 profit ÷ €8,000 advertising costs = 1.25 (€1.25 return for every €1 spent). Always evaluate ROI over longer periods for B2B services.
